Doctors Rocks is located near Wynyard on the north west coast and has numerous obvious small and large boulders and would contain some excellent problems. My question is this: due to the obvious location of this area surely some problems have been done, does anyone have any information on this area and it,s history?  I am looking at compiling an on-line guide (to contribute to this site) to the area and do not wish to tread on anyones toes!

    how do u get there form wynyard? i will be up there this week for work. would be cool to check out if i get a chance!

      The prominent headland (just off Bass Hwy) just before first turn off to Wynyard as you come out of Somerset. You can't miss it.

    I can remember seeing a photo of Marcel Jackson doing some bouldering there in the 90s - but I doubt he would have written a guide. The last email address I had for him was

    The other person that would know is John Fisher - don't have any contact details.

     Don't worry about "treading on anyones toes" - if anyone gave a toss then they would have got around to compiling information by now.
