Myself and a mate Ian are doing a Tassies road trip later this month. It'd be awesome to meet up with other climbers, get some local beta and generally engage with the Tassie's climbing scene. Our vague itinerary, weather-dependent is:

15 to 17 March - Freycinet (Alchemy, Hazards Main Wall, Flowstone Wall, general cragging)

18 to 23 March - Tasman Peninsula (Candlestick, Totem Pole, Maoi, Mt Brown, Paradiso)

24 to 25 March - Mt Wellington

Ben Lomond is on the list as a bad-weather back up.

We're flying to and from Hobart. We're looking to do classic trad and sport routes in the 17 to 26 range.

Any advice on venues, logistics, campsites, conditions, climbs, rest day stuff or anything else is much appreciated. And of course we'd love to share a beer and talk kak with any climbers that may be around.

We're both from South Africa, although Ian now lives in Aus.
