    The new Mt Wellington guide is starting to get a lot of momentum going, and the text content is starting to look reasonably complete. Hopefully a draft version will be up on this site in a couple of weeks.

    However, we don't have anywhere near enough photos yet.
    As well as action photos, we are planning on putting a full page photo as the first page on each section of the guide.
    So basically we need photos of classic climbs, with the focus on the climb and the buttress rather than the climber, for the following sections, with suggested climbs:

    • Far North - Johnstones Knob
    • Northern Buttress - Centaur or Raspberry Jam or Subertuge
    • The Columns - Skyrocket?
    • Flange Buttress - After Midnight, Pleasant Screams, Precarious etc.
    • Central Buttress - Third Bird, Battle Cruiser etc etc
    • Great Tier - Blue Meridian, Suicide Sadness
    • Step Tier - Moonraker, Lone Stranger
    • Bulging - Black Magic. SSSSI etc
    • Avalanche Couloir - Carpe Diem, Chancellor Direct
    • University Buttress - Blank Generation
    • Sphinx Rock
    • Lost World Area
    • Ferntree / Nieka

    As well as all this, we need two awesome photos for the front and back covers.

    Digital photos are preferred 4 Megapixels +, but we can also scan slides.

    Anyone have any details of the ancient routes on Trestle Mountain / Sunshine Possibilities, done in the 60's and 70's?
    Would like to include them for the sake of completeness.
