I did Japhlion a couple of years ago. Its fun, not too hard. There's a run out bit of about 10m in the middle somewhere. The only hard bit is a short vertical layback near the top.
When I did it there were some blue tapes marking the belays, which helped, but they all seemed to be a stretch.

Climbed route on 30 June,great climbing.Lead pitch 2 & 4.All pitches bit sparse gear wise. 60 metre rope used and definitely made it easier to reach belays.Blue tape has gone.
I thought pitches 1,3 (stay on the slab just left of major gully for pitch 3) and 4 (short layback and chimney) the best pitches.Highly recommended route.
