Hello! My partner and I are here from America and have been traveling and climbing through Tassie and the mainland for a few weeks. This is our last day in Tassie and we'd love to climb Mt. Wellington. Unfortunately we only have one 60m rope and we've read and heard that 2 ropes are required for rappels. If anyone would like to meet up to climb today we'd be psyched to climb w/a local who knows the Mt. Wellington climbs. We are staying at a motel in Glenorchy.     Hi We are going up at about 1.30pm today if you want to meet us. We will be in the main climbers carpark below the crag about 1.30pm if you are interested. You can certainly climb on a single 60m, depends what you want to do.
