Hi all,

the Climbers Club of Tasmania will have it's Annual General Meeting on Thurs 10th September 8pm, in the meeting room upstairs at the Republic - Agenda below.

We will be showing a short film by John Fischer showing a sneak preview from the upcoming Isle of Rock Tasmanian climbing film, showing climbing on Mt Wellington and Mt Brown.

All are welcome and you can join on the night if you're not a member.

The main purpose of the meeting it to comply with the incorporation requirements where we have to have an AGM, elect officers, submit an annual return etc.

I will take nominations for the office holders election up to the meeting, and if it needs a vote will do so on the night.
Let me know if you have any specific agenda items to be added.

Its in the function room upstairs at the Republic.
