    If someone with editing access to the mountain guide could put in a note about fixed draws that would be great as some have been stolen in the past as well (not that you meant to steal them dan).

    something like if there is any draws left in a route, whether fixed by maillon or a normal draw, then leave them there

    As a general not to everybody, if theres ever more than one draw in something, theres a very good chance the owners coming back. So please leave them in situ. Australians generally cant afford to leave them behind, and will usually leave tat/thread u-bolt if retreating.

    Due to the steep nature of sphinx, fixed draws solve the annoying problem of cleaning routes. Again please use by all means, but leave in place! Not long ago all the ones up there were stolen. Most even had maillons attaching them. If we ever find these on your rack, or jakes ones off Pleasant Screams, look out.

      Sorry mate....I didn't realise they where left there on purpose. I would never take any of the fixed draws.

      Also the draws on Space Invader (30) are getting stiff. Someone might consider taking them down or replacing them as they are a dangerous. You actually have to close the draw because the spring in so buggered they wont close.

        We live and learn Dan! Think you mean Storm Trooper/ Calm Before the Storm (28)? Was up there not too long ago and there weren't any fixed draws on Space Invader. Gaz and I took one of his fixed ones off CBTS, and now there should be one at the start of CBTS and one in the Storm Trooper roof. Could indeed be wrong! And the first one is indeed a bit sticky, but you can just chuck your own 'biner/draw on for redpoints.  Cheers
