I noticed a new route which has been put up left of Ghost Rider at Hillwood. Can someone please let me know the name and first ascent details so I can update the guide.

    The route is called 'Religious Rubbish' and was put up by an ex-pat Pom named Robin Barley who lives in Canada. He graded it 20 and gave it 1 ½ stars. I haven't been to Hillwood since he built the route and wondered to what extent it impinges on the routes on either side.

    I reckon it's a bit moronic to call it what he did. Maybe a better name would be 'Paradise Lost' or, as my friend Jon from Canada suggested, 'Barley Whine' (spelling correct!).

      Hey there,
      I've been on "religious rubbish", definitly worth a couple of stars. Robin's a pretty cool dude. I reckon the name's awesome, at least I don't feel that I'm entering a church anymore when climbing at hillwood!
