  1. Click on the Google Earth link, load up the KML file in Google Earth, and use the features in that program to get the points on your GPS
  2. Click on the Google Earth link, and save the KML file to your computer, and use GPSBabel ( http://www.gpsbabel.org/ ) to either load it directly to your GPS, or convert it to just about any possible format.
  3. Copy and paste the table below into Excel, then covert it manually to the required format.
