Ben Lomond is the "premier" Tasmanian ski resort. It's pretty crap really, but the locals have plenty of fun. It has a polled poled route from the village out to Little Hell. The slope down from Little Hell is steeper and longer than anything on piste, but needs a good cover to be skiable. There are also rumours about some very steep chutes on the eastern edge of the escarpment.
